to us ancient history
reading the holy scripture
to him prophecy
of what was to be
centuries later
many, many generations
more than hundreds of years
in the distant future
to him these were a mystery
but the rise of recognizable
kingdoms
the end time still yet to be
but like the others
this to will come
the prophecy will be
fulfilled
in a time of God’s own
choosing
