Prayers for Our Hearing – v2

Wanting to meet You in the words

shared among us; to meet You on the road

to see You as they could not

on the pilgrimage we were walking

the journey lighter for the sharing

happy feet, walking the same road

joining those who had gone before

hearing a call, and setting out on the way

following, walking with, Our Savior

on the road, into the future

wherever Christ leads us
