Too many times
the song of the body
we are the church
together as one
Too many times
we some something different
the noun, the church, the building
the brick, the glass
or even the people
sitting in the pews together
Church must be
a verb, in action
using hands, voices
hearts in your service
spreading your love
out into the world
Open doors
unbound hearts
sharing God, love
what God is
to the ends of the earth
