clearing her distractions

unfocused, reeling,

out of balance

clearing her distractions

calling her by name

Martha, Martha,

the words not of judgment

but of cutting through the worries

the burdens she had upon her

the distractions getting in the way

Christ calling to her

diffusing her anger

awakening Martha

with His voice
