Christ the power of God

For we who believe
becoming children, grafted
the vine of Abraham
Children of faith
Love in His message
the Word of God alive

Christ the power of God
come to bear witness
authority from above
power in his teachings
able to heal our wickedness
the pain of our sin

Dying, resurrected
defeating sin, death
rising for a purpose
to heal all brokenness
Christ, Messiah, Savior
God’s living Word
power to save the world
