Lay down your sorrows
the tumult within you
give over all of yourself
leave it at the cross
Come to the cross of peace
where God reconciled us
restoring the breach of Adam
the pain of our sin
Lay down your troubles
the turmoil, the struggles
offer them up unto God
let him work his healing
