Christ the wisdom of God

Christ the wisdom of God
His Word come to life
here to save us
to walk in God’s light

An example, holy
how to live righteously
Christ teaching a new message
how God wants to set us free

Holy is the Lamb
the sacrifice, the Son
showing us the Love of God
when his work here was done

Dying, our atoning sacrifice
the one unblemished life
our sin transferred onto him
that the darkness would be bright

Christ the wisdom of God
a testament of love
God’s hope for all of us
in the example of the Son
