Ungrateful servants
an unbelieving people
rejecting God’s promise
soon to be forgotten
to waste on the earth
cut from the vine
a new branch growing
a new kingdom people
servants of the faith
believing the prophets
the Son’s message
heeding God’s call
servants in the world
sharing God’s bounty
the gift of God’s grace
poured out on us
