I am a
broken vessel
my body is damaged
my spirit is
weighed down
by many
tears.
only by
Jesus
am I able
to hold water
when my
vessel is empty.
I am made
worthy
though my
scars are visible
I have cracks
in my vessel
water would
be leaking;
but for
Jesus
filling the
gaps,
my sins are
forgiven.
The scars still
remain,
my past is
still written
my clay is
cracked,
but I am
redeemed
