Each day, feed your spirit
the indwelling spirit within you
feed your spirit with the living waters
the life giving word, the holy word
ageless and timeless, living words
of God’s faithfulness, of the creator’s love
sacrifice and promise, hope eternal
Feed your spirit well, deeply
life is in the word, internalized
Meditate on the hope of the prophets
the history of old, the story of the son
and the life of the apostles, our lives
living out the word
