We walk with the risen Christ – v2

We walk with the risen Christ,
we are all baptized with Jesus,
we drink of His goodness, His love,
we drink of the waters of life…

We see Him with our own eyes,
we testify to Christ’s presence,
the Son, the Word of God,
alive, here in the flesh...
 
We speak truth, our faith, our certainty,
We know Him fully, just as Jesus knows us,
God dwells with us, our Lord and Teacher,
Christ still teaches us to love... 
 
We see the risen Christ, we feel His Spirit,
we saw the empty grave behind Him,
we have touched His risen flesh and
we watched Him ascend to heaven…
 
We walk with the risen Christ,
His Spirit indwelling, abiding,
we know He will come again,
for we trust in His promise…
