They have not killed me

My enemies have been stopped,
They have not killed me
Even when I am guilty,
When I have sinned,
When I have fallen short…
 
My enemies have been defeated,
They have not killed me,
I have not been destroyed,
My life still has purpose,
A calling, the protection of God…
