Our heart is what is important - v2

Not burnt offerings,
not beating our chests,
our bodies covered in ashes,
Love is what matters,
of God, for our fellow man,
our heart is what is important
Love is above all else…
 
Love is the greatest commandment,
over all other commandments,
over the law, the precepts, the word,
Love is what is important, truly,
for us to follow scripture,
for us to walk in God’s light
Love is above all else…
