Be at peace within yourself,
Within your spirit, your body,
Still yourself this morning,
Empty yourself of everything,
Be at peace, at rest…
 
Let your heart be at peace,
Empty your mind of chaos,
Breathe in the morning,
Still yourself in this peace
That is beyond all understanding…
