All of Us Salt

We are called
because of our plainness
leading others
to the throne of grace

We are called
all of us salt
salt of the earth
common, made of clay

We are called
to bear our witness
telling the truth
of how Christ changed our lives

We are called
offering hope in the message
to share Christ with other
to be his light

Going out
into the darkness
shining light
that all may see
