Faith like the Psalmist

unlike the rich man
who trusted in himself
his ability to store for a rainy day
gathering in things of this earth
hoarding when he should give

faith like the psalmist
trusting in God
in his provision, his care, his guide
walking with God all of his days
his leading to the other side
