That Artisan

Seeing the world
as the work of that artisan
God, the creator
bringing the world into existence
out of his mind and his loving hands
ours to watch over
dominion in our human hands
To tend and to care for
while we walk the earth
the garden, his creation
left behind
when we return
to dust once more
