The Sins Remaining

The sins remaining
though our hands on their heads
going to the priests to be slaughtered
to pay the awful price

But we are not changing
in greed holding onto our things
offering them as sacrifice;
but the sins remaining with us

those who need us
from the severe budget cuts
that are currently planned
in HB1 and HB2, etc.
