the Son blessed

pure, unblemished

the perfect Adam

without stain or spot.

the second Adam

immaculate conception

without sin or stain

offered, unblemished

taking on our sorrow

the Lamb exalted

raised on the cross.

Christ coming, returning,

anointed, transfigured

shining in brilliance

our Savior and Lord.
