The impermanence of words

 The impermanence of words

The impermance of words

malluable, changing,

like wet clay, in motion,

still on the potter’s wheel.

Not like sculpture

porcelain after fired

still able to be revised

an organic process.

Changing, fluid,

even after completion

will anything seem finished

on the written page.
