A double A-frame
In the summer of 1976, dad got a job
as Manager of Manufacturing Engineering
at Joy Manufacturing
in Claremont, NH.
We almost bought a double A-frame
on a large lot in Ascutney, VT,
But there were issues with water rights,
with the well on another parcel and
the owner lived in Australia at the time…
My folks bought a home in Claremont instead.
We had discussed me doing all the landscaping,
clearing the lot in Ascutney, but that never happened.
