Renew us, Lord, lift us,
may we fly, may we rise,
on new-found wings, on wings,
May we soar like eagles, rising,
above this mortal coil, our struggles,
May we join the heavenly chorus,
singing our praises unto God…
Renew us, Lord, rise with us,
may we dance, may we sing,
in our struggle, in our trials, joyful,
May we know that God is our strength,
May we be renewed within us, may we run,
and not grow weary, may we persevere,
May we walk and not grow faint…

Based on Isaiah 40:31
“But those who have faith in God will renew their strength.
They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary,
they will walk and not grow faint.”
