Sharing Joy with Strangers

Not enough within the walls
the comfort of the pews
not enough to share
the awesome good news

We are to go out
out of our comfort
sharing our joy with strangers
to the ends of the earth

Nothing should be bottled up
none of this hidden
shining our light in the darkness
the gifts poured down from heaven

We must share our joy
to all the world around us
so that all would know
the wonder of God’s love

The holy infant
the babe laid in the manger
God revealing himself
in the face of Jesus

Going to the cross for us
dying that we would live
only if we turn to Him
what more could our Savior give?
