a people outside the circle
the children of God
longing, searching
many gods, many temples
evidence of their hunger
their spiritual ache
in their altar to an unknown
God
the Creator of all
no other gods able
to quench their thirst
their spiritual hunger
a people searching
needing the One
Creator of heaven and earth.
