The Voice of the Fire
of the Spirit
speaking to us
as it did to them
The voice of the Spirit
in fire, as on Pentecost
calling us another way
to journey with Christ
Free to choose our path
God or the World
the possibility of a future
which way to turn
Choosing the path of Christ
the whisper of the Spirit
though the world is speaking
more loudly than God
Calling us further
to stretch spiritual legs
going with the Spirit
where we are led
The Voice of the Fire
of the Spirit
calling to us ever
out into the world
