All it will be, complete

All it will be, complete

Seeing more within the lilac bud

more than I have previously

a lesson transcendent

as we walk on this earth.

All it will be, complete

in the kernel, compacted

eternity present, captured

within the growing bud.

All of its life, its beauty

poised, in miniature, perfection

alive, bursting, waiting,

for the sun, the right moment.

So with one another

the fullness within each flower,

each person, everything

all we, they, will ever be

at the beginning, complete.
