close friends, family – v2

close friends, family,

community, a larger circle,

the church, our brothers and sisters

alive with God, with Christ.

 

offering love, grace

a hand up, a heart filled

a hope loved into being

becoming the hands and feet

the voice of the living God.

 

close friends, family,

united together, a body,

a love like no other

a love heavenly called.
