Do we see the
glass half-empty,
do we stare at our
elephants, our demons,
our dragons,
shackles that define us;
Do we only see
what we are lacking
or are we
thankful for what we have
living our best
life in this moment
knowing that we
are blessed?
Do we wake with
joy, happy,
an attitude of
gratitude in our hearts
are we confident
in the present
the journey, the
path, our steps;
Do we honor God,
are we grateful
in each moment,
each breath
for what we have
now, in this life?
