I offer #forgiveness

I offer forgiveness for those who have hurt me
to God, in my spirit, in my heart,
I let go of my anger, my hurt,
my desire for judgment on their lives.
 
I offer forgiveness for them, to them,
to free myself, to free them,
my hands no longer on their necks,
my heart no longer racked in pain.
