Ukraine cannot wait – v2

Too long forgotten,
No debates in Congress,
Defying our pledge,
Our sacred promise,
Doing Terror’s bidding,
Letting them die, in horror,
In their homes, in the streets…
 
Ukraine cannot wait,
For action, perfect legislation,
They need our help now,
Before it is too late,
Before the tanks roll,
Before the missiles land,
In the center, at their feet…
