We must run our own race

We must run our own race,
The way set before each of us,
We must not turn to sin,
The desires of the flesh
To the left or the right…
 
We must run our own race.
With perseverance, in faith,
We must cleave to God,
To the Creator, our Savior,
The source of all our strength…
