Look up - 2

So many times we look at the dirt,
the ground before our feet,
failing to see the enormity,
God’s manifest grace,
until we stop and look up…
 
Such a wonderous world,
expanse of the sky, the heavens,
as far as our minds can see,
all of this part of God’s plan,
His design, His love alive…
 
Look up, believers, pilgrims,
sojourners here on the earth,
see the hand of God calling us,
we are to rise, to dwell in heaven,
beyond the arc of the dome…
