My focus this season,
our walk in this Lententide,
to humbly walk beside Jesus
to journey to where He went
Walking into the synagogues,
in the ways of Galilee
turning with Him to Jerusalem
to face His destiny
Journeying at the pace of our Savior,
His purposefulness my guide,
walking to the cross with Jesus
with the disciples by my side
There in the courts of the Lord
on top of Calvary’s hill
as Christ dying for my sin
that I may have life with Him
