Eternal is our God

Eternal is our God

Through the thick haze of late Summer

the clear starkness of mid-Winter

in greens and bright colors

of Spring and of Autumn

the tapestry, the tableau, the palette

our story is ever changing, fluid,

as the seasons, our journey unfolds.

The scene may be different

changing colors, feelings,

each day, each season

but the Creator remains

eternal is our God

forever, unchanging, always

even when God is lost from our view.
