Fear is a demon

a shackle, an army,

a legion arrayed against us

to defeat our dreams.

 

Fear is a demon

a villain, an enemy

a legion, minions,

of the Devil, of Satan.

 

Fear is a demon,

chains that bind us

needing to defeat fear

to thrive to achieve.

 

Fear is an demon

an enemy, of Satan;

but God has the victory

our victory in Christ.
