I cannot keep doing this

I cannot keep doing this
being a javelin catcher
a pin cushion, a sponge,
internalizing the bile
spewing on others
the chaos, emotions,
poured out on me.
 
Too verbal, unfiltered,
speaking too often
a vessel filled, emptied,
a bowl far too shallow
uncontrolled chaos
spoken out loud,
unintentionally hurting others.
