and our love of Cafe du Monde.

His eyes lit up, alive, joining me,
I swear his mouth started to water,
when I said that name,
Pascal's Manale.
a tapestry being woven,
strands, moments, visual and taste,
Barbeque shrimp they call it,
colossal is the word,
All hand on deck, diving in,
hands and face dripping with sauce,
the eyes of the shrimp watching,
As we totally lost our minds...
