I release my treasure – v3

I let go of what I treasure,
for change is upon me,
I open my eyes to the present,
to the path beneath my feet…
 
I release my treasure,
my sorrow, my worry,
that which I hold onto,
what I do not let go…
 
I let go of what I treasure,
that which I strive after,
I release my pain, my sorrow,
all that gets in the way…
 
I release my treasure,
because everything changes,
we only have today,
this day, this moment…
 
I let go of what I treasure,
the things that bind me,
life is in living, striving,
starting again, right now…
