Moments held like gossamer

Life moving inertia, momentum,
Moments held like gossamer,
Lest they evaporate,
Time fleeting, quickly,
Soon to disappear…
 
Sudden, profound, changes,
Life moving quickly, awakening,
Changing in an instant,
Of moving like a glacier,
In the time scale of mosses…
 
Moments held like gossamer,
Precious jewels, crystals,
Nestled in our hands, our hearts,
Opening just as quickly,
Never the same…
