May we be filled

May we be filled,
Our lives overflowing,
With joy, with gratitude,
With love, with compassion…
 
May we be filled,
In our hearts, our spirits,
With the good things of God,
With all that is good, that is noble…
 
May we be filled,
With the Word, with scripture,
May God’s holy words be on our lips,
Our lives of witness to God’s goodness,
When we are shaken, may love pour out…
