in a word unspoken – v2

hearing an extra word
richness of meaning
what is important
in a word unspoken
in the call of holy scripture
in the words of the living Christ…
 
“Come to me, all who are weary,
broken, who are hurting,
and I will give you rest…”;
but the word most important
unwritten, unspoken
from the mouth of Christ…
 
how we come before God,
the condition of our hearts,
that is what is matters,
the word repentant unspoken;
but that is what is important,
when we kneel before Christ…
