we go it alone, defiant,
rebelling against our Fathe...,
we are unwilling to change
to rest in repentance
to lean on God’s strength
in quietness, in truth,
with our hearts at peace,
at rest in God...
 
we must be willing
to submit to the Father,
to trust in His goodness,
believing He will protect us
to believe in Christ’s promise...
We must give our days over to Him
climbing on the Potter’s wheel,
giving our lives to His touch...
