broken and humble,
bleeding, self-aware,
Sure, of my weakness
of my dependence on God...
 
God desires my heart
the core of my being
my life on His altar,
My Judge and King...
 
God cannot heal me
Unless I confess I am broken
God wants me to come to Him
with my broken heart...
 
broken and humble,
yet yoked with Jesus
I stand redeemed,
saved by grace alone...
 
God offers me heaven
through the gate of the cross...
Christ suffered and died
His life for my life...
