I call her Beautiful

because she is beautiful

physical beauty and

beauty deep down within.

I call her Honey

because she is sweet

sweeter than the honeycomb

the kiss of her lips.

We speak of love,

of love infinity squared,

love more precious

than any treasure on earth.

She is my wife, my beloved

my lover, my companion,

my friend over all

my partner in this life.

Yes, I call her Beautiful,

Honey, my wife;

she is the joy of my morning

till I rest for the night.
