Pain
evident, all too present
pain
caused by us, by our church
weeping
for brothers, sisters
our
family in Christ
hurting,
open wounds
split
by us, by our spears
within
the bar, the law
the
words of our faith
our
denomination
in
many voices
judging
their lives
who
they are as people
sin
to be despised
judging
their fruits
but
losing our sisters, brothers
our
family in this faith
