It is finished – 2

Christ’s words on the cross,

“It is finished,” completed

victory has been won;

so why are we still trying

to earn heaven with our works?

We have salvation because of grace

nothing we have ever done;

we need to be still before God

knowing Christ bought the victory

our home in heaven above.
