Words of power, of worship,
of awe for the Father, God,
seated in heaven.
“Father, glorify your name!”
Not words of hesitance, of anguish,
Words of life, of light,
of confidence within Him.
“Father, glorify your name!”
A prayer before His Passion
Christ’s voice raised up to heaven
to His Father unseen.
