#God’s #Word came to #life

Christ descended from heaven

God’s Word came to life

All that had been written,

God’s promises, the Law,

the stories of the Prophets,

a promise of the One to come

the Messiah for God’s children.

 

God’s Word came to life

Jesus, the incarnate Logos,

Christ was the Messiah,

the Word Made Flesh, alive;

He is our risen Savior

the One foretold in scripture

seated now on high.
