I breathe a prayer into the universe,

I confess my utter dependence;

I pray to You, Lord,

to open every door.

 

I breathe a prayer into the universe,

my hope is in Your promise;

You answer me, Lord,

in power, in abundance.

 

You make a way for me,

though I am still broken;

You answer my prayers;

You open every door.

 

I thank You, Lord,

for Your great blessing;

You reach down and touch me

in power, in abundance.
