lowly shepherds - v2

lowly shepherds
in the fields abiding
the first to hear the Good News
the coming of our Savior,
the coming Prince of Peace.

lowly shepherds
not the proud, the mighty
told of our Savior's birth
the multitude in heaven
singing a joyful tune.
